Do I need a developer on my team?
No. I handle the Homie build, the Stripe connection, the hosting and the training. You show up with your business rules and your brand.
How long before a system is live?
Most first previews are ready in under a week. Going live depends on how polished you want it before customers see it, but the goal is always the smallest useful version first.
Is my data safe and private?
Yes. Your system runs on your own Cloudflare account, payments go through your Stripe, and I design flows to minimize unnecessary data collection. We can also keep sensitive data off third-party AI providers where possible.
Can you work with any business?
I focus on Canadian small businesses with physical operations: shops, venues, clinics, tour operators and non-profits. If your workflow can be described, it can probably be modelled in Homie.
What does it cost?
You pay for my time to design and build, then you pay Cloudflare for hosting and Stripe for payment processing. Homie itself is open-source and takes no cut. I can give a clear estimate after the free diagnostic.
